What’s included in the package?

All our packages include the following:

  • Professional studio lighting
  • Unlimited Prints!
  • Professional DSLR camera for high quality pictures
  • Commercial printer that prints in 7.4 seconds!
  • HD monitor screen for live view! Check your hair before the camera snaps!
  • A big bag of fun toys and props
  • 2 Ambassadors to engage guests and make sure everything goes smoothly
  • Facebook upload of all photos for guests to tag themselves – (post-event)
  • All photographs post-processed and given back to you for keeping

What does unlimited printing mean?

Each person gets a print of their photo, if 4 people take a photo together, all 4 would get a print to take home!

Is the time taken for setting up and tearing down included in the number of hours booked?

Nope, we arrive an hour earlier to set-up, just so we’ll be super ready for your event, and so that you’ll have the full duration to have fun!

What is the area of space needed for the Photo Booth?

3m by 3m would be ideal, but for smooth flow of guests, a space of 4m by 5m is perfect! Don’t worry if you can’t find such a big space, discuss with our sales team to see what we can do for you!

Can the Photo Booth prints be customised?

Heck yes! Tell us your wildest dreams and watch us make it happen. You can even send us your Invitation or some examples of your preferred design and our designer will do accordingly!

What print size can I choose from?

We’ve got 4 different sizes, 4R standard photo size, 2R strips, Polaroid 4×3 and Wallet size that you can choose from, according to your package choice.

Are there additional costs for customisation of backdrop?

Yes, we have different costs for different backdrops. Send over your ideas and we’ll discuss to make it happen!

Do we get to choose props?

We usually bring along a standard (and a very big) box of props, that either matches your theme or would look great with your choice of backdrop.

Can I customise my props?

We offer customised signboard props as an add-on at $50 for 3 pieces of large sized props, designed according to your liking.

Do you provide plastic sleeves or envelopes? Will the ink run?

Our printer is a dye sublimation printer, which means that the print is waterproof, and there will be no running of any ink. The print can also be rubbed and touched the second it pops out of our printer. Say real one.

If you require plastic sleeves or envelopes, do let our team know and we will make arrangements. Do note that additional charges may apply!

Is the Photo Booth automatic?

Our Photo Booth is semi-automatic which means it runs on its own programme, and photographs are immediately sent to print after each session. We do however have our ambassadors on site to engage your guests (by helping to count down, reach for props, style their poses and make sure they have a damn good time).

Can you do live projection?

Yup, we have an add-on charge of $150 for this – takes a bit of brain juice & alakazam to make this happen. We’ve got lots of that.

Can I add on Roving Photography for my table shots after the Photo Booth?

Sure! Our charge for roving photography add-on is $150/hr.

Can the Photo Booth be set-up anywhere?

Well technically yes, but we need ramp access and lift access and one nearby electricity point. Because of the weight of our equipment, we will not undertake any climbing of stairs… (especially because we are all ladies)

For outdoor areas, we highly recommend preparing a sheltered area for backup in case of bad weather. We don’t want you to lose any booth time just because of the rain!

What if the event venue is poorly lit?

No problem, the venue lighting does not affect our Photo Booth one bit. We bring our own professional studio lighting, making sure nothing can stop the booth from running!

Is there a transportation fee? Any hidden fees?

Nope, all fees are included in the package price.

What is needed from me in order to make the booking?

You’ll have to let us know which package you’d like, and we’ll send over our contract. Upon return of contract, a 50% deposit is required. When all this is done, your booking has been confirmed!

How will Telltale Photo Booth return me the soft copies of the photos?

We will post-process the photos to make them look even more gorgeous than they already look, and will send them to your e-mail via a link – for you to download when convenient. Simple and easy.

ROVING PHOTOGRAPHY

How does Roving Photography work?

Our awesome photographer walks around and charms everyone into posing for a photograph. Said photograph is then sent wirelessly to our printing station. Guests can collect their prints in an instant! Easy!

Is there a limit to the number of prints?

Unlimited is such a sweet, sweet word. No one likes to be limited. How would you feel if you went home without a print? Sad, and we don’t want you to be sad.

Can we customise the print layout design?

Why, of course! Our designers will whip up the perfect design for you according to your preference. Say the word and it is DONE. You can choose between 4R, 4X3 or Wallet Size, Polaroids, whichever you prefer!

Can we project a slideshow of photos taken?

Yup, we have an add-on charge of $150 for this – takes a bit of brain juice & alakazam to make this happen.

Do I need a special Hashtag?

That’d be great! Do some word play with your names / company name / your event. If you’re stuck, well well well, we can help you to come up with a neat hashtag. #problemSolved #youarewelcome

Can I project a slideshow of photographs?

Nope. Can’t see it, can’t find it and can’t access it. Make it public to get it printed.

BACKDROP & DECOR

How do I customise a backdrop?

You want your guests swooning over the backdrop, taking endless selfies and group shots. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll come up with some ideas for you! Discuss with our team by dropping us an e-mail at hello@telltale.sg and watch us work our magic.

Can I rent a backdrop without booking a Photobooth package?

Of course! Our charges are as follows: Backdrop Customisation Fee (varies) + $150/hour of rental. Our standard backdrops are also available for rent at a flat fee of $30 + $150/hour of rental.

Is there a team who would set-up and tear down, and is it included in the price?

Yes, our team will be there early to set-up and tear down after the duration of rental is over. All costs inclusive of transportation is included. Nothing hidden!
