1. REQUEST FOR OUR KITS

Drop us an e-mail or reach us on our contact form
with your date of event, and we'll get back to you

2. CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED PACKAGE AND GET A CONTRACT

Respond to Team Telltale to express interest.
Let us know which package and duration you'd like, as well as location of event.

3. RETURN THE FILLED CONTRACT + PLACE A DEPOSIT

We'll send you a contract after you have expressed interest in booking our service:
Fill up the contract and place a deposit in order to confirm the booking,
The contract is valid for 5 working days - during this period, the slot is reserved for you.

4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving your contract and deposit, Team Telltale will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Congratulations! You've booked yourself an awesome photo booth, and we're all yours.

5. WORK WITH OUR TEAM TO CUSTOMISE YOUR PRINT DESIGN

1 month before the event, let Team Telltale know which backdrop you'd like,
and send over any existing material or ideas you'd like to include on your print.
We love customising according to your preference so that every client's print looks unique

6. GET READY FOR THE BIG EVENT!

Sit back and relax, or fuss about other aspects of your event.
We've got you covered as far as your 
photo booth is concerned. Upon your approval of the print design,
Team Telltale will brief you about what we require on the day of event,
what time we will arrive for the set-up and point-of-contact for your event.

7. DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTOS

Within 3 working days after your event,
we'll send you a link to download your photos so that you can keep it for life.
